Eating locally doesn’t have to be a production

Tips on consuming more locally produced foods:

_ Join a community supported agriculture farm, where you can buy food directly from a farmer.

_ Cook one meal a week using local and seasonal ingredients.

_ Shop at local farmers markets.

_ Eat at restaurants that serve locally produced foods.

_ Grow your own.
